Position Summary
Manager, Product Development (Relocation Required to Bentonville, AR; onsite 5 days a week). The role oversees product specifications throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives. It requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners, data analysis for product strategies, sourcing support, and commitment to ethical standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities- Manage product throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze data to inform product strategies and identify trends.
- Oversee sample assortments, approvals, and production processes.
- Perform root‑cause analysis to identify and address potential product issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication to maintain alignment and meet production timelines.
- Proven experience managing product lifecycle processes, ensuring quality and alignment with customer needs.
- Strong skills in cross‑functional project management and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Expertise in product strategy development, including research, data analysis, and benchmarking.
- Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and recommend effective solutions to resolve product issues.
- Proficiency in supply chain coordination, sourcing documentation, and audit compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to update stakeholders and drive product development initiatives.
- Commitment to ethical standards, process improvement, and meeting project milestones.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field and either 2 years of experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or a related area, or 4 years of experience in the same domain.
Preferred Qualifications- Customer Service, Data Analysis and Insights, Microsoft Office, Product Development, Programming Language – VBA, Project Management, Statistical Programming Language – SQL, Supervising Associates.
