We are seeking an experienced Utility Project Manager to support large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role will oversee utility and substation activities, coordinating with engineering, construction, and utility stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing Power Utility projects.
- Proven experience with Transmission, Distribution, and Substation projects.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, scope, cost, schedule, and quality management.
- Experience using Microsoft Project

, and BIM
360
. - Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

- Manage end-to-end utility projects, including transmission, distribution, and substation activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all utility-related project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, utility providers, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead regular design reviews, project meetings, and site progress updates.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project milestones, critical path activities, and project risks.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Track project progress and provide weekly status reports, including risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure all project documentation, drawings, agreements, and approvals are completed and maintained.
- Review and coordinate engineering drawings using AutoCAD and BIM
360.
