CEI Engineering Associates is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Project Manager to help coordinate our land development projects.

The compensation range provided is specific to the geographic market of the posted position. If hired as a remote employee, your salary will be aligned with the applicable compensation range for your primary remote work location.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGERIn this land development position, you work alongside our project manager to efficiently coordinate our projects and maximize our productivity. You are actively involved with every job from beginning to end, keeping our clients updated on our progress every step of the way. In cooperation with design team members and other staff, you help create budgets and direct the civil site design
. You review design aspects such as site layouts
, grading plans
, water quality practices
, and stormwater management facilities, ensuring everything is appropriate and up to code
.
Attentive to detail
, you review our work products,
quality control
, and budgeting plans and search for ways we could improve our practices and increase our profits. To strengthen our team, you supervise our staff as they work, identifying areas for improvement and coaching them as needed. Throughout the entire project, you keep regular contact with our clients
, contractors
, and local government officials. You take great pride in providing essential support for our projects!
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in land development working with site planning, utilities, drainage, quality control, and site entitlement
- Working knowledge about AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
