Hands on execution of events while coordinating with B&C teammates;
Interact with Event Captains and Event Manager to ensure excellent event service;
Set up and tear down of events per BEO, Req sheet, and Event Captain;
Take orders from guests, serve food and drinks, and clear tables as necessary;
Demonstrate knowledge of procedures, terminology and techniques used in the B&C department
