Senior Manager, Finance - eCommerce Finance

Position Summary

Join the Sam’s Club eCommerce Finance team as the Senior Manager supporting FP&A functions of a rapidly growing business. This role focuses on activities for forecast, close, annual planning, and long-range planning. The position requires adaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced environment that is growing at scale.

• Improve cross-functional processes to enhance alignment, reduce friction, and accelerate decision-making.
• Lead core financial planning processes, including monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual plans, long-range models, and scenario analyses.
• Develop and/or enhance financial models with the continually changing business environment.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to eCommerce leadership on performance trends, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Story tell with data, creating visuals that simply the story to leaders for decision making.
• Utilize Gen AI to automate and expedite processes to reinvest capacity.

• Strong financial planning and budgeting skills, with expertise in developing models and forecasting.
• Proficiency in commercial finance, business planning, and KPI tracking.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 2 years experience in finance or related field OR 6 years experience in finance or related field. 2 years of supervisory experience OR 1 year experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
