About the Role
First Western is currently seeking an Electronic Banking Coordinator in our Bentonville Location.
Responsibilities- Support customer and employee inquiries related to online banking, mobile apps, resetting passwords, Bill Pay assistance, and troubleshooting issues while focusing on building long-term relationships with a needs-based approach.
- Work independently with attention to detail; responsible for data entry, processing customer requests, and working with Cash Management Services.
- Trained as a backup to review Mobile Deposits.
- Two to four years of banking experience; knowledge in Treasury / Cash Management or business banking is a plus.
