Sr. Tax Analyst

Job Description

The State Tax Analyst will support the preparation of separate and consolidated state tax returns for a large, multinational corporate tax department using full Corp Tax functionality. The role requires hands‑on experience with state filings for multinational companies, and the ability to navigate complex state adjustments. The analyst will own the end‑to‑end return process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proactive issue resolution.

Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in managing workload expectations and raising questions or concerns early. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing their own schedule, and ramping up quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Corp Tax, Excel, and corporate tax technology tools is required.

• 8+ years of Tax Analyst experience, specifically with state tax return experience
• Corp Tax functionality experience
• Experience with SharePoint, excel
• Experience filing for multinational companies
