The team provides comprehensive financial, analytical, and planning support to Total Rewards leadership. It plays a key role in strategic financial planning, variance analysis, and business performance evaluation. Collaborating across functions, the team ensures robust internal controls and enhances reporting transparency. Members contribute to forecasting, process improvement, and risk mitigation while preparing financial models and presentations for senior management. The team fosters continuous learning, accountability, and effective communication to support business goals and decision‑making.

- Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend future expense targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant variances.
- Manage complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
- Develop and present financial models and business cases to senior management, supporting informed decision‑making.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives, providing actionable insights.
- Oversee and mentor associates, fostering development and accountability within the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
- Strong expertise in variance analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal controls and mitigate financial risks through process improvement initiatives.
- Effective leadership skills with experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage cross‑functional stakeholders and senior management.
- Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in business planning, data analysis, and financial management to drive performance and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 4 years’ experience.
- Experience analyzing data and interpreting results, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Supervisory experience.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Salary and CompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
