The Finance team within Fulfillment Network Operations focuses on delivering precise financial planning and analysis to optimize labor metrics and cost structures. This team drives business performance by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic financial models. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team supports key decision-making through accurate reporting and risk mitigation. Members are committed to maintaining compliance and internal controls while continuously improving processes.

The team values clear communication and analytical expertise to enhance operational efficiency and support Walmart's business objectives effectively.

What you'll do:

* Prepare detailed financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.

* Manage complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve financial processes and controls.

* Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations.

* Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring performance.

* Lead, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a high-performing team environment.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

* Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management within complex business environments.

* Proven ability to develop and present detailed financial models and forecasts to senior leadership.

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data

* Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Big Query
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
