Therolewillalsosupportsscenarioplanningandstrategicanalysis,drivescontinuousimprovementthroughsimplification,standardization,and automation,andprovidesclearfinancialinsightsanddecisionsupporttoseniorleadership.

TheGrowthFP&Aand Strategyteamservesasthefinancialintegratorandstrategicpartnerfor Enterprise Growth Org ,providingaunifiedviewofperformanceacrossU.S.,Sam’sClub,and International.

Theteamcoordinatesforecasting,planning,andreportingwhileconnectingstrategytofinancialoutcomesthroughportfolioinsightsandscenarioanalysis.

Inclosepartnershipwith Growth Strategy &Operations,theteambringsfinancialdisciplineandinsightstoportfoliodecisions,enablingleadershiptoassessperformance,align resources,identifyrisksandopportunities,andmakeinformedenterprisedecisions.

• Leadend-to-endUSGrowthAOPandLRPprocesses,including timelines,communications,consolidation,validation,andfinancialsystemintegration.
• Partneracrossbusiness-facingfinanceteams,SegmentFP&A,andotherstakeholderstoalignassumptions,dependencies,priorities,and deliverables.
• Supportstrategicfinancialanalysis,scenario planning,andselectedstrategicinitiativestoinform
  
  Growthprioritiesandlong-term implications.
• Managecontrolstructurestomitigatefinancialrisksandensurecompliancewithpoliciesandprocedures.
