Position Summary...

Help shape the future of Walmart’s rapidly growing Marketplace business. As a Senior Manager in Marketplace Finance, you’ll partner directly with operations leaders to improve both customer and seller experiences. With vast data at your fingertips, you’ll deliver actionable insights and financial clarity to drive smarter, faster decisions.

The Marketplace Finance & Strategy team plays a critical role in supporting the growth of Walmart’s third-party Marketplace business. We work as strategic copilots—bringing financial rigor, deep analysis, and clear storytelling to the table—so our partners can make confident, customer-first decisions. Our mission is to unlock value at scale by turning data into action.

What you'll do...

• Lead financial oversight and reporting for key post-purchase operations (returns, fraud, disputes).

• Deliver timely insights into business trends and develop clear, actionable narratives that drive decisions.

• Conduct weekly and monthly operating reviews with stakeholders, defining and tracking initiatives that improve outcomes.

What you’ll bring :

• Strong financial and business acumen, with a knack for connecting data to strategy.

• Experience supporting high-growth, high-impact business teams.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and tools like Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
