About the Role

Are you a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences, building high-performing teams, and driving exceptional business results? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations while fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and innovation.

As General Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the guest experience, develop outstanding talent, and drive the continued success of the property.

What You'll Do
  • Provide strategic leadership for all hotel departments, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Drive financial performance by achieving revenue, profitability, and expense-management goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining brand and service standards and proactively addressing guest feedback.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial results.
  • Champion employee engagement, recognition, retention, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with ownership, community partners, vendors, and local organizations.
  • Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the property.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience with full operational responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of guest service and hospitality operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with hotel brand standards and operational systems preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
