We have full-time and part-time positions available, starting at $14.00-$16.00 depending on experience. This position also requires a clean driving record due to transporting guests in our shuttle van during shifts when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist guests with check-out and ensure billing accuracy
- Respond to guest questions and provide recommendations about the hotel and local attractions
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and administrative duties as needed
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest care
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
