Job Title: Manager of Employee Innovation
Location: Remote
Job Type: 9-12 month contract
Summary:
The Manager, Associate Innovation will lead the strategy, design, and execution of HR technology solutions that elevate the associate experience. You will shape how employees interact with HR systems and processes across the full lifecycle—driving automation, efficiency, and innovation.
This role works closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure HR technologies are integrated, modern, and aligned with organizational goals. You will oversee key technology initiatives, mentor a HR technology team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all HR platforms.
What You’ll DoHR Technology Strategy & Execution
- Design, implement, and optimize HR technology solutions across recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, and benefits.
- Manage full lifecycle execution of HR tech projects—scoping through delivery.
- Ensure initiatives meet business goals, timelines, and budget expectations.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Enhance existing HR platforms to ensure scalability, usability, and operational excellence.
- Monitor system performance and recommend necessary enhancements and upgrades.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR and IT, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to introduce innovative solutions leveraging AI, automation, and emerging tech.
- Lead and mentor the Tech HR team, supporting professional development and technical capability.
- Provide training to HR teams adopting new systems, tools, and processes.
- Oversee HR data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all systems.
- Deliver insights and data-driven reporting to HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and safeguard sensitive employee information.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors to ensure effective tool performance.
- Lead large-scale HR technology implementations aligned with business strategy.
- Ensure HR technology solutions directly support strategic goals and operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR technology management or HRIS administration.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR technology projects from concept to execution.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple initiatives.
- Experience with major HRIS platforms (Workday, Success Factors, ADP preferred).
- Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA and modern HR tech ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and optimization.
