Position Summary

Walmart is looking for a Senior Manager, People, to support our Facility Services Field locations, where you’ll shape the talent strategy for one of the fastest growing areas of the company. In this high impact role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, develop scalable talent solutions, and ensure our teams are empowered and ready to deliver for our customers.

• Lead HR strategy for the Monetization organization by aligning talent initiatives with business goals and advising leaders through organizational change.
• Drive workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and development programs using data‑driven insights and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Ensure consistent execution of HR practices by auditing processes, reviewing analytics, and creating action plans that enhance compliance, capability, and efficiency.
• Develop and mentor associates, fostering a culture of belonging, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Monitor compliance with HR policies and employment regulations, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and operational excellence.

• Experience shaping HR strategy, organizational design, or change initiatives within a complex, fast‑paced business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions, surface insights, and drive action across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong capability in coaching leaders, building talent pipelines, and elevating performance and engagement.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices, compliance standards, and methodologies that support scalable people operations.
• A leadership style grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to strengthening culture and enabling teams to do their best work.
