Walmart is looking for a Senior Manager, People, to support our Facility Services Field locations, where you’ll shape the talent strategy for one of the fastest growing areas of the company. What

you’ll do
  • Lead HR strategy for the Monetization organization by aligning talent initiatives with business goals and advising leaders through organizational change.
  • Drive workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and development programs using data‑driven insights and cross‑functional partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent execution of HR practices by auditing processes, reviewing analytics, and creating action plans that enhance compliance, capability, and efficiency.
  • Develop and mentor associates, fostering a culture of belonging, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Monitor compliance with HR policies and employment regulations, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience shaping HR strategy, organizational design, or change initiatives within a complex, fast‑paced business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions, surface insights, and drive action across cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong capability in coaching leaders, building talent pipelines, and elevating performance and engagement.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, compliance standards, and methodologies that support scalable people operations.
  • A leadership style grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to strengthening culture and enabling teams to do their best work.
