Position Summary

As a Senior Manager, Data Science, you will lead advanced analytical initiatives to develop, validate, and deploy complex models that drive strategic business decisions. This role requires expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization to translate business needs into actionable insights. You will guide a team in applying best practices for model assessment, feature engineering, and scalable deployment while collaborating across functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead the development, assessment, and validation of advanced data science models using best practices and appropriate evaluation metrics.
• Design and implement data visualization solutions to effectively communicate complex insights to business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data science projects aligned with organizational strategy.
• Guide and mentor team members on modeling techniques, feature engineering, and data analysis methods.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify data sources, ensure data quality, and deploy scalable models into production environments.
• Monitor model performance post‑deployment and recommend adjustments to maintain accuracy and robustness.

• Extensive expertise in data science and advanced machine learning techniques, including model assessment, validation, and tuning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL for data analysis, model development, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
