Lead I - Data Engineering
You AreUST is looking for an Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS) consultant/lead to configure, support, and enhance Enterprise Data Management Cloud solutions that enable strong data governance, accurate hierarchies, and seamless integration across enterprise finance and reporting systems.
The opportunity- Configure and maintain Oracle EDMCS applications, including hierarchies, properties, validations, subscriptions, and workflows aligned with business requirements.
- Manage data governance processes such as request submissions, approvals, audit tracking, and issue resolution to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between EDMCS and upstream/downstream systems, including ePM, FCCS, ERP, and Data Warehouse platforms.
- Perform metadata loads, reconciliations, and periodic validations to ensure consistency and accuracy across connected systems.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with finance, data, and IT stakeholders to implement change requests and continuously improve enterprise master data management processes.
- Support release management activities including testing, migration, and documentation across environments.

What you need- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud).
- Strong understanding of data governance and master data management concepts.
- Experience in integrating EDMCS with Oracle EPM modules (e.g., FCCS, Planning, EPBCS) and/or ERP systems.
- Experience with metadata management, hierarchy management, and validation rules.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$105,000
