Position Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst, Manager, you will support Internal Audit with machine learning, GenAI, and advanced analytics. Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, you will understand business problems, design and implement technical solutions, and provide insights and recommendations to help redefine the digital audit.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute data analytics projects to support Global Audit.
- Lead delivery of analytics products, tools, and support in the development of insightful solutions for decision‑making.
- Build and propose project plans through data discovery, exploration, analysis, and visualization/reporting.
- Develop and create database solutions with a focus on automation, using new technology and data explanation formats to improve audit data and analytics processes.
- Present recommendations to leadership with compelling narratives and thoughtful visualizations.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Optimization, or Data Analytics, preferably with audit exposure in a large corporate environment.
- Proficiency with coding (Python, Java, etc.), querying large datasets, building data pipelines, providing data insights, and adhering to data quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Proven ability to develop executive‑level metrics and reports.
- Strong skills in data discovery, cleaning, and transformation.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and tools such as Big Query, Power
BI, Tableau, and MS Visual Studio Code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 4 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Related industry experience (e.g., retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce).
- Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and business intelligence tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, Tableau).
