Test Lead

Our client is seeking a Test Lead to join their team. As a Test Lead, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the development and modernization of enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies covering UI, API, database, and automated testing processes.
• Lead manual and automated testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables for mission-critical applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and testing libraries such as Supertest or Jest.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience of 7+ years in testing enterprise web applications, including test automation and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and REST API testing libraries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within Agile Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, Azure Dev Ops, and automated testing best practices.
