We are seeking a candidate experienced in Marketing Data Governance to drive data standardization, quality, and governance across marketing and analytics functions. This role will ensure consistent taxonomy, improve data accuracy, and align cross-functional teams to enable reliable reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Taxonomy and Metadata Management:
" Lead the monitoring and management of taxonomy and metadata changes across channels.
" Ensure consistency in data definitions to eliminate reporting discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Cross-Functional Alignment:
" Drive alignment and communication across Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Data Science, Media, and Execution teams.
" Translate business requirements into data requirements and governance practices.
" Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure data consistency and usability.

Data Quality and Accuracy
" Ensure high data quality standards, including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of customer and campaign data.
" Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and gaps to improve reporting reliability.
" Implement processes to maintain clean and standardized datasets.

Compliance and Risk Mitigation:
" Partner with Audit and Risk teams to identify gaps between current and recommended data practices.
" Ensure adherence to data governance policies, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
" Support initiatives to improve data governance frameworks and controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
" Strong experience in data governance, taxonomy, and metadata management.
" Experience working with marketing and campaign data across multiple channels.
" Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.
" Strong understanding of data quality management and governance frameworks.
