The In-Club AI team is the engine behind this transformation. We’re building the future of retail operations with next-generation machine learning, GenAI, and agentic AI systems that don’t just predict outcomes—they adapt, reason, and act in real time. Our mission is ambitious: to redefine how clubs run, scale solutions across the enterprise, and create reusable AI that powers innovation far beyond the sales floor.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.
- Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business objectives to unlock value from data assets.
- Design, test, and validate predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Deploy and monitor models in production, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Mentor team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and model development.

:
Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, deep learning, and causal inference. - GenAI & Agents
:
Hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and agent orchestration frameworks. - Systems Thinking
:
Proven ability to design and scale ML pipelines in cloud environments. - Engineering Excellence
:
Proficiency in Python, SQL, modern ML frameworks, and distributed data platforms. - Innovation Mindset
:
Passion for pushing the boundaries of AI—patents, publications, or unique applications are a plus. - Leadership

Demonstrated ability to mentor, influence cross-functional partners, and set the technical bar for a team. - Preferred

Background in applying AI to large‑scale operational or retail environments.

SalaryThe annual salary range for this position is $ - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years’ experience in an analytics related field.
- OR Master’s degree in the same fields and 2 years’ experience.
- OR 6 years’ experience in an analytics or related field.
Data science, machine learning, optimization models, PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics.
Successful completion of assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R; experience with open-source frameworks such as scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch.
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, and integration of digital accessibility into products.
