our apprenticely internship program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across arkansas in it positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/it support team. Internships are designed as an on‑ramp to an it career and can roll into full‑time positions based on employer demand.

simporter is an ai company that helps leading brands identify emerging trends and invent new products to satisfy consumer needs. Our clients include clorox, colgate‑palmolive, hershey, and other fortune 500 companies. They use our ai platform for proprietary research and design tools that help them produce better‑selling new products.

simporter is seeking an ai insights operations analyst to join our team through a 12‑week work‑based learning program based in bentonville, arkansas.

this is a hands‑on role at the intersection of artificial intelligence, business operations, and human insights research. You will help transform large volumes of consumer data and ai‑generated content into reports, presentations, and innovation recommendations used by some of the world's most recognized consumer brands.

rather than simply observing projects, you will contribute directly to the creation of client deliverables, gaining practical experience with ai workflows, data analysis, report development, and innovation consulting.

no coding experience is required. This role focuses on using ai tools, organizing information, building reports, and supporting business operations—not software development. We are looking for candidates who are curious, organized, strong communicators, and excited to learn how ai can be applied in a real business environment.

• gather and organize data from the simporter platform to support consumer insights and innovation projects.
• consolidate findings from multiple analyses into standardized report structures.
