The Senior Manager, UX Design leads the development and execution of user experience strategies to enhance product interaction and satisfaction. What you’ll do
  • Lead user experience design initiatives by conducting user research, interviews, and site visits to gather actionable insights that inform design strategies.
  • Develop and document interaction designs, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance usability and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders to align UX solutions with strategic goals and ensure effective communication throughout project life cycles.
  • Drive usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize customer satisfaction and product performance.
  • Establish best practices and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and high‑quality deliverables.
What you’ll bring
  • Extensive expertise in user experience design, including user research, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and consensus building across multiple business units.
  • Experience in designing and executing research strategies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, visual design, and developing scalable design systems and templates.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1:
Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), driving product development in a user experience area, Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area, related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area, we value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
