Role Description
Associate III - Data Engineering
UST is seeking a product-oriented Data Analyst to design, analyze, and operationalize data objects, data quality rules, and analytics frameworks that drive pricing, search, and operational performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, document, and design data objects, dimensional models, and data quality rules for analytics and reporting use cases.
- Ensure governance, compliance, documentation, and explainability across all data assets and analyses.
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs across business including established SLAs.
- Run Pricing and Search frameworks.
- Diagnose pricing vs. search vs. supply related performance issues through structured, hypothesis-driven deep‑dive analysis.
- Produce insights that inform operational levels, readiness for large sales events, and configuration changes.
- Experience range: 4-6 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in data design, dimensional modeling, and analytics.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong customer focus with a high bar for quality and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile development environment.

Compensation Range$62,000-$93,000
BenefitsFull‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
