Role Description

Associate III - Data Engineering

UST is seeking a product-oriented Data Analyst to design, analyze, and operationalize data objects, data quality rules, and analytics frameworks that drive pricing, search, and operational performance at scale.

• Analyze, document, and design data objects, dimensional models, and data quality rules for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Ensure governance, compliance, documentation, and explainability across all data assets and analyses.
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs across business including established SLAs.
• Run Pricing and Search frameworks.
• Diagnose pricing vs. search vs. supply related performance issues through structured, hypothesis-driven deep‑dive analysis.
• Produce insights that inform operational levels, readiness for large sales events, and configuration changes.

• Experience range: 4-6 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in data design, dimensional modeling, and analytics.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong customer focus with a high bar for quality and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile development environment.

$62,000-$93,000

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
