Current resource short comings:
Does not have skill set they're targeting (Jira), dropping ball on following through, communication, bad documentation, bad communication flows - not relaying updates/project deadlines, etc.

In your submissions, please include the candidates experience with Jira and where/how they have worked with it. Ideally with:

• Creating Dashboards
• Creating queries in Jira
• Ability to predict how changes in the schemas from one project will affect other projects
• Updating fields in Jira

Interview Process: (30

Jr - mid TPM. (3-6 yrs exp)

Location Preference:
Seattle, Bay, Bentonville, Remote okay

Temp: 6 mo+ contract, possible hire

Day to Day:
Skill set that he is interested in is Jira to know the ins and outs of Jira - ample exp in queries in Jira. Providing guidance on things we ask for - not looking to coin something new but looking for someone to help with IDS and provide.

Must Have Skill Sets:

1) 3-6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager

2) Expertise in Jira and being able to:

3) Excellent documentation skills

4) 10/10 communication skills and ability to communicate initiatives through channels (up to Sr.
