Position Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Security, plays a pivotal role in managing security projects by analyzing data, coordinating activities, and supporting security system assurance and accuracy. This position ensures compliance with company policies while maintaining business systems and key performance metrics. The role involves monitoring dashboards for SLAs, managing database records, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective security solutions. The coordinator fosters strong communication and teamwork, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence to support a safe and secure environment aligned with organizational objectives.

We deliver advanced technical support across systems such as CCTV, alarms, intrusion, and access control. Collaborating across functions, the team resolves escalations, engineers solutions, and enhances processes. Members apply their expertise to provide effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals. • Coordinate support and assurance initiatives by analyzing data, preparing reports, and recommending action plans to management.
• Schedule and assign daily activities to stakeholders while monitoring solution delivery.
• Support business systems and key performance metrics through data management, reporting, and technical assistance.
• Maintain accurate database entries to assure that key projects and systems operate with the most up‑to‑date information.
• Manage visitor check‑in/out processes, ensuring compliance with policies and verifying approvals.
• Lead and collaborate with teams to meet business priorities, provide feedback, and adapt to change.
• Develop and implement processes to improve operations by collaborating with partners and monitoring results.

• Proven experience in coordinating security projects, including data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making.
• Proficiency in managing business systems and maintaining key performance metrics through accurate data reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, assign tasks, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical support.
• Expertise in process improvement.
• Solid project management capabilities with attention to SLAs and resource coordination.
