Overview
Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights in Bentonville, AR. The role involves providing data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategy by evaluating ongoing analytical needs.
Responsibilities- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategy.
- Evaluate ongoing analytical needs.
- Education:
Master’s or equivalent in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field with 3 years of experience in data analytics; or Bachelor’s or equivalent in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field with 4 years of experience in data analytics or related area. - Experience with required skills: SQL for querying and analyzing healthcare datasets;
Python for data analysis, automation and reporting; building and automating interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI; forecasting and trend analysis; working with healthcare claims data. Employer will accept any amount of experience with these skills.
