About the team:
The Walmart Local Finds team is dedicated to transforming the local shopping experience by connecting customers with neighborhood retailers through Walmart Marketplace. This team focuses on enabling seamless discovery, same-day in-store pickup, and local delivery, enhancing product variety and speed. Collaborating across functions, the team drives innovative solutions that support local business growth and improve customer engagement. Members apply strong skills in solution design, project management, and technical leadership to develop scalable, efficient offerings that align with Walmart's strategic goals and deliver measurable business value.

What you'll do:

• Translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases demonstrating projected ROI and cost savings.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical groups to ensure clear communication and solution delivery.
• Evaluate technology landscapes and recommend innovative approaches to improve processes and product offerings.
• Lead user acceptance testing and validate solution functionality across cross-functional teams.
• Manage integration and configuration activities to ensure seamless deployment and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project life cycles to drive successful outcomes.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in solution design, architecture, and solution selling aligned with business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, strategies, and customer success management to drive effective outcomes.
• Experience with project management and sales engineering to support product demonstrations and technical leadership.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions using APIs and integration management.
• Familiarity with risk assessment, configuration management, and software quality assurance methodologies.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze business metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
