• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage end-to-end project execution (initiation closure).
• Track progress using tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to budget and cost control.
• Conduct status meetings, reporting, and escalation management.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Remove impediments and support team productivity.
• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog and priorities.
• Track sprint progress using metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
• Coach teams on continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication across stakeholders.
• Foster an Agile culture across the organization.
• Support scaling frameworks (SAFe, etc.) if applicable.
