Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) and desktop support services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change), and break‑fix support for desktops and laptops.
  • Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, VPN connectivity, and remote support tools.
  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop devices throughout their lifecycle.
  • Utilize SCCM and Microsoft Intune for software deployment, patch management, device configuration, and endpoint administration.
  • Work with Service Now or similar ITSM tools to manage incidents and requests.
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, updates, and desktop imaging.
  • Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware.
  • Monitor endpoint security, antivirus compliance, and patch status.
  • Provide VIP and executive user support when required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory related issues.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
Required Skills:
  • 2–4 years of experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Hands‑on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience with Service Now or other IT Service Management tools.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
