They oversee the full development lifecycle, including architecture, deployment, and cloud cost management, while coordinating across multiple products and stakeholders. Focused on technical excellence and continuous improvement, the team integrates AI agents and innovative technologies to enhance system performance. With strong project and capacity management, they drive milestone achievement and operational efficiency.

This group is dedicated to producing high-quality software products that support business growth and technological advancement within the Agentic Commerce - Sparky Back End domain.

What you'll do:

* Lead execution of complex software, data, and ML systems ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration across platforms.

* Oversee full software development lifecycle, championing Dev Ops practices and system health monitoring to optimize performance.

* Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI/ML-enabled features and agentic systems for automation and decision support.

* Manage engineering capacity, backlog prioritization, and cloud cost optimization to enhance velocity and reduce operational overhead.

* Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and succession planning aligned with organizational goals.

* Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.

* Drive continuous improvement through innovation, risk mitigation, and effective technical decision-making.

* Demonstrated success in driving AI/ML-enabled product development and integrating agentic systems using modern programming languages.
