What you'll do...

* Identify and assess data flows to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.

* Develop and implement data strategies that unlock business value and support decision-making processes.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions through data analysis and visualization efforts to generate actionable insights.

* Oversee data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain data integrity.

* Present complex data findings clearly to influence stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.

* Understanding of Walmart's merchandising organization, or the ability to learn incredibly quickly across various categories and departments.

* Extensive experience in data analytics, including data discovery, cleansing, and visualization.

* Proven ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

* Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, mentoring associates, and driving continuous process improvements.

* Proficiency in workflow management and applying advanced statistical and exploratory data analysis techniques.

* Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders effectively.
