Description Overview
Location‑flexible within the US; required travel to Northwest Arkansas and key customer locations.
Responsibilities- Act as analytics and insights lead for the Customer Team, translating data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Serve as voice of shopper and consumer using advanced analytics and fact‑based storytelling.
- Partner with Customer Teams (especially Walmart) to challenge assumptions, elevate analytical rigor, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead shift from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics that accelerate growth.
- Lead development of advanced analytics and actionable insights for faster, data‑driven decision‑making.
- Partner cross‑functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to translate data into narratives, selling stories, and growth strategies.
- Own and leverage data platforms (Circana, Kantar, Mintel, Scintilla/Scintilla Charter, custom research).
- Use trend analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and opportunity sizing to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers.
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics frameworks for shopper/consumer/market visibility.
- Lead end‑to‑end insights development from hypothesis to executive‑ready deliverables.
- Embed analytics into go‑to‑market strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics capabilities, including AI‑enabled tools and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Analytics/Statistics or related);
Master’s preferred; 5+ years analytics/insights experience in CPG with business impact. - Strong data analytics, modeling, and visualization; translate outputs into action.
- Required:
Scintilla Charter and customer data platforms. - Strongly preferred: experience working directly with Walmart or large retail customers.
- Proven influence in matrixed organizations via data‑driven insights.
- Deep shopper/consumer analytics experience (path‑to‑purchase, behavior modeling).
- Advanced proficiency with tools (e.g., Excel, visualization tools, AI‑enabled analytics platforms).
- Strong communication to senior stakeholders; project management discipline.
- Plus: healthcare/self‑care and store brand experience.
