What you'll do:
- Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
- Develop, test, and deploy analytical models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Perform data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Create clear, impactful visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments.
- Mentor junior associates on data science methodologies and best practices.
- Support data strategy by applying governance, scalability, and accessibility principles.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data science and machine learning, with proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of data source identification, data quality assessment, and database technologies including SQL and No
SQL. - Expertise in analytical modeling techniques, model validation, tuning, and deployment for scalable production use.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions with a clear understanding of business context.
- Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful data insights.
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $ Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
