- Option 1:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 5 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. - Option 2:
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. - Option 3: 7 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries, to communicate complex data effectively.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence, project management, and translating business requirements into actionable data initiatives.
- Expertise in data source identification, data governance, and ensuring data integrity across distributed systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor associates, and influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling.
- Demonstrated capability to evaluate business impact and align analytics strategies with organizational goals.
