The Bentonville Library seeks an IT Systems Technician to keep city IT operations smooth. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and maintain networks and computers across levels I–III. Expected duties include onboarding, imaging, updates, and AV support.
Responsibilities cover end-user support, network troubleshooting, and collaboration with vendors, plus on-call after-hours support. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential.
