The Global Investigations team is essential in safeguarding company assets by identifying risks and conducting detailed inquiries into complex fraud and misconduct. Collaborating with business units and law enforcement, the team ensures compliance and ethical standards. Members employ advanced investigative methods, data analysis, and clear reporting to provide actionable insights. The team emphasizes continuous learning, adaptability, and integrity, fostering professional growth and effective risk management throughout the organization.

• Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to assess potential business impacts, risks, and escalation points.
• Assemble investigative files and evidential packages, ensuring proper evidence collection and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks, serving as a centralized resource for incident intake and response.
• Develop and deliver standardized and ad hoc reports to leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support cross-functional investigative projects by creating tools, queries, and innovative methods to enhance intelligence and process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to recommend and implement solutions aligned with business needs and compliance standards.

• Proven experience in conducting internal and fraud investigations with strong analytical capabilities.
• Expertise in data analysis, interpreting quantitative and qualitative information to assess business risks and impacts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to legal counsel, leadership, and business partners.
• Ability to develop investigative tools, reporting formats, and protocols to support business needs and enhance processes.
• Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong skills in Microsoft suite of products and fundamental use of AI to assist in developing investigative strategies, evidence collection, and reports for business units.
