The Enterprise Directory Services Coreteam manages Walmart’s multiple Active Directory forests, ensuring essential services like LDAP function securely and efficiently. The team maintains a stable and well-protected Active Directory environment, exemplifying operational excellence. It provides consulting support to application teams by sharing best practices and resolving application‑related issues. This team plays a vital role in sustaining the infrastructure that supports Walmart’s business operations, focusing on reliability, security, modernization, and collaboration to effectively meet organizational needs.

• Advanceenterpriseidentitymodernizationbyintegrating Active Directory ,cloud-basedidentity,andthereductionoflegacyauthenticationdependencies.
• Developandmaintainautomationframeworks,monitoringplatforms,alertingsolutionsthatimproveoperationalefficiency.
• Provide leadership,mentorship,andescalationsupportforengineers.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+yearsinITinfrastructure,experiencewithinthepast5yearsinenterpriseIAM,Active Directory,cloud-basedidentity,andaccessmanagementadoption.
• Deephands-onknowledgeofADforests,domains,GPOs,trusts,replication,andLifecycle
  
  Management.
• Provenabilitytoleadcross-functionaltechnicalprojects,mentor engineers,andalignsecuritystandardswithbusinessgoals
• Proficiencyincloudmigrationstrategiesandmanagementofpubliccloudplatforms.
• Strongknowledgeofautomationtools,scripting languages(e.g.,Power Shelland Python ),andCI/CDpipelinestooptimizeoperationalefficiency.
• Abilitytoanalyzeinfrastructureperformancemetricsanddevelopcapacityplansalignedwithbusinessrequirements.
• Skilledinconfiguration,release,andintegrationmanagementtoensureseamlesssystemdeployments.
