Systems Support Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Systems Support Analysts to join our team and support a local company in the NWA area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for vendors experiencing issues with item creation, providing guidance and escalating concerns to the appropriate support tiers. You will also analyze data files to identify trends, errors, and opportunities that help merchants and internal teams grow their business.

We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of data analytics experience where you feel comfortable in Advanced Excel functions/ formulas and Pivot tables. You will excel in this role is you have an eagerness to learn, attention to detail, willing to help personality.
