Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions
- Be part of client conversations and ensure key aspects of pharmacy business are not ignored
- Review the artifacts from a non-technical perspective and help address gaps
- Provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality code and efficient performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the team's capabilities and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to promote skill development within the team.
- A minimum of 2 years of exposure to pharmacy and great understanding of pharmacy business
- A minimum of 1 year of experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Understanding of regulations around pharmacy and patient safety
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Hands on experience with any pharmacy application
- Experience working in a pharmacy
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
