- Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements to ensure data fitness and quality.
- Develop and apply advanced analytics and automation techniques to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement effective data visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex insights clearly.
- Utilize Geospatial tools and strategies to develop maps integral to the business
- Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain high data standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives and regulatory policies.
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating emerging data technologies and fostering a data-centric culture.
- Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data technologies and advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management, governance, and data strategy principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in data modeling, dashboard creation, and exploratory data analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, mentoring associates, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deep understanding of business domains and the capability to align data analytics with organizational objectives.

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 1 year's supervisory experience.
