Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analytics projects across business areas
- Develop, implement, and validate complex data models and algorithms

- 4 years' supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data models aligned with business priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing analytics teams
- Ability to manage complex projects aligned with organizational goals and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills to present analytical insights and gain stakeholder buy-in
