The Supply Chain Labor Planning team plays a vital role in optimizing Walmart's extensive logistics network. By leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights, the team anticipates labor demands and enhances workforce allocation to support operational excellence. This group collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop strategic solutions that drive business results. The team values strong project and stakeholder management skills, fostering an environment focused on continuous improvement and effective decision-making to enable associates to deliver exceptional outcomes at scale.

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute business area goals, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage end-to-end project work streams, including risk assessment and solution implementation.
• Develop and validate advanced data models and algorithms to drive actionable insights and business value.
• Present strategic recommendations to inform functional initiatives and support decision-making.
• Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align analytics efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous learning and innovation.

• Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end project scopes, including model development, testing, and implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
