Position Summary...The (USA) Senior Solution Consultant plays a critical role in bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions. About the team:
The CoreHR group drives the development and enhancement of a scalable SAP Success Factors SaaS ecosystem supporting key technology and business initiatives globally. This team leads strategic delivery and continuous optimization of HRMS capabilities, ensuring consistent experiences across markets. Collaborating closely with business partners and product owners, the team designs and implements solutions across multiple Success Factors modules, including Employee Central and Talent.
It emphasizes reliability, scalability, and operational excellence through strong engineering and integration practices. Operating across the US and India, the team plays a vital role in advancing enterprise strategy and delivering a world-class associate experience.
Translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with organizational strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business metrics and recommend process improvements.
Develop detailed technical documentation and configuration plans to support solution implementation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution innovation and risk management.
Lead integration and testing efforts to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
Provide expert guidance on system architecture, data modeling, and cloud computing applications.
Support project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring progress against objectives.
