About the team:
The Site Discovery Analytics & Strategy team drives the strategic vision and data-driven execution across AI-Driven Commerce, Search, and Personalization. Acting as the organization’s strategic engine, the team collaborates with executive leadership to define product roadmaps, author impactful strategic documents, and monitor customer adoption. It leads operational governance through Weekly Business Reviews and delivers in-depth exploratory analytics to accelerate business growth.

The team leverages expertise in Python, SQL, data analysis, and business metrics to transform complex data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across digital initiatives.
What you'll do:

• Data Ecosystems:Analyzeandvalidateinteractiondataacross Search,Personalization,andAICommerce
• Advanced Analytics:Applystatisticalmethodstooptimizesearchrelevance,discovery friction,andconversationalAIadoption.
• Business Reviews:LeadanalyticalsupportforWBRs/MBRs,trackingKPIhealthandfeatureperformance.
• Cross-Functional Support:Partner with Product and Engineeringtotranslateinsightsintoactionableroadmappriorities .
• Strategic Briefings:Synthesizequantitativeanalysesintoinputsforexecutivewhitepapersandbriefs.
• Mentorship&Governance:Guidejunioranalystsonstorytellingandanalyticalrigorwhilemaintainingcompliancestandards.

• Extensiveexperienceindataanalytics,includingproficiencywith
  
  PythonandSQLfordataextractionandanalysis.
• Strongknowledgeofdataqualitymanagement,data governance,andenterprisedataarchitectureprinciples.
• Abilitytotranslatecomplexbusinessproblemsintodata-drivensolutionsusingadvancedanalyticalandvisualizationtools.
• Expertiseindesigninganddeliveringcompellingdatavisualizationswithtoolssuchas Matplotlib,Plotly,Tableau,orPowerBI.
• Provenleadershipskillsinmentoringanddevelopinganalyticsteamstoachievestrategicbusinessobjectives.
• Deepunderstandingofbusinessmetrics,data strategy,andcross-functionalcollaborationtodriveactionableinsights.
• Abilitytotranslateanalyticalfindingsintowellarticulatedpresentationsanddetailedwhitepapers
