Thisleaderwilldefinethereliabilitystrategyacross Data Ventures ,establishingstandardsforobservability,SLOs/SLAs,incident management,automation,andoperationalexcellence.

Therolewillpartnerwithengineeringandproductteamstoimprovesystemreliability,reduceoperationaltoilandrecurringissues,andleverageAI-drivenautomationtomodernizeoperationswhilebuildingahigh-performingSREorganizationfocusedonownership,scalability,continuous improvement,andcustomerexperience.

The Data Ventures SRE/L2teamistransformingfromatraditional,reactiveL2supportfunctionintoanengineering-ledreliabilityorganization.

OurvisionistobuildamodernSRE/L2modelthatcombinesstrongcustomerandproductionsupportwithproactivereliabilityengineering,observability,automation,andtoilreduction.

Theteampartnerscloselywithengineeringteamstoresolveproductionissueswhileidentifyingsystemicimprovementsthatpreventrecurrence.

• Leadthetransformationof Data Ventures L2supportintoanengineering -ledSRE/L2organization.
• DefinereliabilitystandardsacrossSLOs/SLAs,observability,incident management,alerting,andproductionreadiness.
• ModernizeoperationsthroughAI-assisted triage,automation,self-service,andsystematictoilreduction.
• Partnerwithengineeringteamstostrengthenproductionownership,eliminaterecurringissues,andimprovesystemreliability.
• EstablishmeasurablereliabilityandoperationalKPIstodrivecontinuousimprovement.
• Buildanddevelopahigh-performingSREteamwithstrongtechnicalexpertiseandcustomerfocus.
• Drivecross-functionalinitiativestoimproveplatformresilience,scalability,performance,andoperationalexcellence.

• Provenengineeringleadershipexperiencebuildingandleadinghigh-performingSRE,production engineering,orplatformteams.
• Deepunderstandingofreliabilityengineering,SLOs/SLAs,observability,incident management,resiliency,andproductionoperations.
• Experiencetransformingreactivesupportmodelsintoproactive,automation-drivenSREpractices.
• Strongexpertisein Dev Ops ,cloud platforms,monitoring,automation,andoperationalexcellence.
• AbilitytoleverageAIandautomationtoimprovetriage,remediation,self-service,andreduceoperationaltoil.
• Strong cross-functionalleadershipandstakeholdermanagementacrossengineering,product,andbusinessteams.
• Demonstratedabilitytodevelopengineeringtalentandfosteraccountability,customer focus,continuous improvement,andtechnicalexcellence.
