Supply Chain Manager

Location: Bentonville, AR 72712 (Onsite)

Overview
  • This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth across a diverse portfolio of strategic partners.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, a strong analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach to managing complex customer relationships.
  • This role is based in Bentonville, AR, and reports to the Customer Team Leader.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies tailored to large strategic customers.
  • Serve as the primary supply chain liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Manufacturing to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, order fulfillment, and transportation performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Lead customer-facing meetings to review performance metrics, resolve issues, and align on future initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with emphasis on strategic customer accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage complex supply chain operations and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience in customer‑facing roles and managing service‑level expectations.
  • Familiarity with diverse product categories and retail environments.
  • Willingness to travel to support customer engagements and operational reviews.
