Replenishment Specialist- Walmart Canada

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Walmart Canada Replenishment Specialist to manage inventory health, replenishment execution, and customer service performance across Walmart Canada and related eCommerce channels. This role serves as the primary owner of inventory management activities, partnering closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Production, and Walmart replenishment teams to ensure strong in-stock performance and uninterrupted product flow.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a sense of urgency and accountability, proactively identifying inventory risks, managing replenishment activities, and driving corrective actions before service issues occur. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining inventory availability, minimizing cancellations, supporting growth initiatives, and improving overall customer service metrics.

• Own replenishment planning and execution for Walmart Canada, ensuring inventory levels support forecasted demand and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory positions daily and identify inventory outs, low-stock situations, and future inventory gaps.
• Develop and communicate get-well dates for out-of-stock items and inventory recovery plans.
• Review open purchase orders, inbound shipments, and production schedules to proactively mitigate inventory risks.
• Identify items ordering earlier or later than expected and investigate root causes to improve replenishment accuracy.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics including weeks of supply, inventory turns, fill rate, and in-stock levels.
• Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to align replenishment plans with forecasted demand and promotional activity.

• Review Walmart ladder plans and provide summaries highlighting opportunities, inventory risks, and potential service concerns.
• Analyze ladder plan impacts on inventory and replenishment requirements.
• Communicate key inventory risks, future shortages, and action plans to internal stakeholders.
• Support Walmart business reviews with inventory, replenishment, and service-level analysis.

• Manage import replenishment activities to ensure timely inventory flow into distribution centers.
• Partner with Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to track inbound inventory and shipment status.
• Monitor factory production schedules, booking timelines, and inbound inventory to identify potential service disruptions.
• Escalate supply constraints and coordinate recovery actions when inventory availability is at risk.

• Partner daily with Kristie to review orders, allocations, inventory availability, and customer demand requirements.
• Monitor order activity and allocation performance to ensure inventory is deployed effectively.
• Identify allocation risks and recommend inventory prioritization strategies when supply constraints exist.
• Support order management activities to maximize fill rates and customer service performance.
• Monitor upcoming cancellations, ship windows, and retailer compliance requirements.
• Identify orders at risk of cancellation and coordinate corrective actions with Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Develop and communicate recovery plans for high-risk items and customer orders.
• Track cancellation trends and recommend process improvements to reduce future occurrences.
• Manage replenishment activities supporting Walmart eCommerce and fulfillment center inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and forecasted demand to ensure product availability across eCommerce channels.
• Identify replenishment opportunities to support sales growth and improve customer availability.
• Partner with Walmart teams to ensure replenishment settings and ordering parameters are optimized.

• Generate and maintain replenishment, inventory, cancellation, and service-level reporting.
• Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve in-stock performance.
• Support executive reporting with insights related to inventory health, service risks, and replenishment opportunities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that improve inventory productivity and customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, demand planning, supply chain, or retail operations.
• Experience supporting Walmart Canada, Walmart US, or large retail customers preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with ERP systems, replenishment platforms, and inventory management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
