The Manager, Supply Chain Management oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimize supply chain execution, managing exceptions, and driving process improvements that support sales, inventory, and profitability goals. The position requires leadership in coordinating resources, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

The manager also mentors associates and promotes a culture of accountability, integrity, and operational excellence to deliver consistent business results.

The team drives efficient supply chain operations by managing merchandise flow across distribution networks and fulfillment centers. They collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve escalated issues, and enhance supplier relationships. Focused on data analysis and continuous improvement, the team champions innovative solutions to improve service levels and reduce costs. By leveraging national carrier lanes, they support ’s expanded assortment and faster delivery promises.

This group fosters accountability, operational excellence, and leadership development to ensure seamless execution aligned with business goals and customer expectations.

• Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution and meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
• Develop and present recommendations to address supply chain constraints and improve operational efficiencies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing innovative solutions and process enhancements.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and accountability.

• Proven experience managing supply chain processes and resolving operational issues within distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from multiple stakeholders and drive network efficiency improvements.
• Expertise in supplier relationship management and ensuring compliance with supplier performance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements using lean concepts and cost reduction strategies.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and operational excellence.
