What you’ll do:

• Driveinitiativesacrosstheendtoendinboundjourney,fromsupplieronboardingthroughfinalU.S.delivery.
• Coordinatesupplierreadinessandlaunchactivitiesacrossinternalandexternalpartners.
• TrackKPIs,dashboards,milestones,risks,andactionitemstodriveexecution.
• Analyzeoperationaldatatoidentifyrootcauses,trends,andimprovementopportunities.
• Identifymanualprocessesandhelpdevelopsimpler,morescalablewaysofworking.
• Partner across Sourcing,Merchandising,Transportation,Customs,Supply Chain,Product,and Technologytoresolveissuesandimproveexecution.
• Maintainclearownershipandfollowthroughoncrossfunctionalactionsanddependencies.
• Supportthedevelopmentofprocessesandcapabilitiesneededtogrowthe North Americasupplierbase .

• Proven expertise in supply chain management with a strong focus on optimizing merchandise flow and network efficiencies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to improve supply chain execution.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and resolving escalated operational issues effectively.
• Leadership skills including hiring, training, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong process improvement capabilities, utilizing lean concepts and cost reduction strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and supporting organizational values in all business practices.
